to increase our interaction with the lesbian and transgender
community and provide a social outlet for people over 50
years of age where we could meet, eat and discuss GLBT
issues of the over 50 crowd."
Anyone in this age group, along with their admirers and
supporters, are welcome to join us for this fun event.
We now meet at Perkins on 40th Ave West.
Our research shows the majority of the NGMC members are
over 40. Previously, we have had groups aimed at younger
members under 25 years of age. The 50+ Club has been
designed to interest the majority of our members. It is a
great way to meet new people that are likely to have many
things in common.
We have recently seen increases in participants. We would like
to continue this momentum by inviting all members of our
GLBT family to the table. If you or a friend are over 50, or if
you prefer your men "distinguished," please consider having
brunch with us.
This group meets the first Sunday of every month at 11:00
